Villa condition:
The rates are per night per villa. All payment must be made in US Dollars An extra bed is available limit one per room at US$ 50 nett per night. In accordance to private stay concept will convenience to book either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms villa and absolutely comfort combine to be 5 bedrooms ideal to accommodate larger group with two private swimming pools. During of Peak season periods is required to book entire villas bedrooms. In addition information that the foods and beverages to stay at this villa will absolutely base on groceries supermarket price that mean there is no groceries surcharge and note that the villa don't make any profit from the foods side. A professionals chef is provided complimentary by the villa to serve and prepare your daily meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights High Season : 7 nights Peak Season : 10 nights
Villa Capacity Policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is up to 4 persons. The three bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate up to 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in time : 14:00 Check-out time : before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge at 50% from one night villa rental rate and full one night rate should applied for check-out after 18:00.
Booking precedures:
A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking. Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized. The payment should be in US Dollars The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, at 45 days for high season booking and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings. The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa Management. For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas / New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing. Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
