Villa Teresa is interconnected private villas which is in first unit consist of 3 bedrooms, the second unit consist of 2 bedrooms and be able converted a 5 bedrooms to accommodate a biggest group. Each room has King size bed and one room with Twin bed. Every unit has own pool, kitchen, living, dinning, private access and no any to be share of facilities.
As private stay concept should be book either 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms or ideally converted to be 5 bedrooms in one private compound area, has ample open living space surrounding by colorful of various flowers. |
3 Bedrooms Villa
The 3 bedroom villa is set on 4,000 sqm land. When you enter the villa, you will find beautiful lotus fish pond and large modern kitchen with full amenities and adjacent is a two storey main building where the open dining room with 12 seats and can be roll-up to be 4 seats, open lounge situated overlooking to the garden and large private pool (size 5 X 15 meters), from the dining there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-condition lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony that overlooks to the garden, swimming pool, the river side of the villa and the ocean to see a wonderful sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by glass windows for spectacular views.
The Master bedroom with private jacuzzi
The Master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed with AC, mosquito net, in-room safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub (cold & hot water) and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking the river a longside the property and the ocean.
The Second bedroom is Japanese style bedroom with King-size bed
Safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, beside outdoor shower (cold & hot water), there is lily pond and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking to the river.
The Third is Balinese style bedroom
A four-poster queen size bed with AC , mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, outdoor shower (cold & hot water) and garden in the bathroom. In front of the bedroom entrance is a wooden balcony overlooking the main pool and garden area.
2 Bedrooms Villa
The two bedroom villas are set on 1.600 sqm of manicured land. The Villas consist of 2 Balinese thatced roof buildings. The main building is a two storey structure with large, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining rooms overlooking the pool, gardens, rice fields and river setting.
Upstairs is a private living room and balcony overlooking the river , rice-field and the ocean. The bedroom has a twin bed ( 120 X 200 each bed ) which is adjustable to a double king sized bed upon request and has AC, mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large modern bathroom with terrazzo bathtub, shower with hot and cold water.
The second building is a single pavilion with Balinese style bedroom, king size bed, has AC, mosquito net, DVD and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large bathroom, terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower with hot & cold water.
To one side of bedroom is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and garden area. The lap swimming pool ( shallow to end ) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings. |

Our kitchen staff will provide with delicious carefully prepared meals that, are on average, 80 percent cheaper compare to large hotels or Restaurant on the island. Our dining room can accommodate up to maximum of 10 persons. It is a romantic open-air setting that overlooks the main pool, an alluring pergola with ivy plants, and the lily pond.
In the 3-bedroom villa, the guests can enjoy the spa treatments in two different spots. On the right side of the swimming pool the guests are free to use the relaxing Yoga room where you can exercise Yoga by yourself or with private Yoga teacher that can be arranged by the villa staff. In front of Yoga room there is an open-air massage room you can reach it by stepping up from the sundeck of the pool. On the left side of the main swimming pool there is also a private massage deck with 2 beds overlooking the river side. While lying down you will listen to the wave of the ocean, the music of nature that will transport you to a totally holistic and nurturing experience.
The spa treatments can be done in both spots by the skillful Balinese spa therapists.
