M Villa - Term and Conditions

 
Villa Capacity:
- Villa M accommodates a maximum number of two (2) guests per bedroom. This must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed prior to receipt of the full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded unless it has been authorized by the agent. If, for any reason, the number of guests is greater than the number quoted in the booking reservation, the additional guest(s) will be charged in full under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- A request for an extra bed will only be accepted if the bed is required for a child less than 12 years of age.
- The numbers of persons occupying Villa M must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. The
- Management Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property.
 
Minimum Stay:
  • Low Season Minimum 2 Nights
  • High Season Minimum 5 Nights (Free a bottle of White or Red Wine. Does not valid for Promotion Period).
  • Peak Season Minimum 7 Nights (Free one time BBQ poolside Dinner for a max of 2 pax for 1 Bd Villa and a max of 6 pax for 3 bd and a max of 8 pax for 4 bd Villa. (Does not valid for Promotion Period).
  • Exception to Minimum Stay policy must get prior approval before the reservation is being confirmed.
Check-in/Check-out Time :
  • Normal Check-in time is at or after 2pm. Normal Check-out time is at or before 11am.
  • Guests may check-in or -out at other times provided that there are no other bookings at the same time. Prior arrangement with Villa M management is necessary.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by villa within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been sent. If a deposit is not received within due time, the booking will be cancelled.
  • The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
  • The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (at 30 days for Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking (or 60 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).
  • All payments must be made in US Dollars. Payments can be made by Bank transfer or Credit card. We provided credit card facility but only accept Visa & Master Card. A payment by credit card is subject to 3% from the total transaction value due to Bank card machine administration fee.
  • In the case of last minute bookings, where is it impractical or very difficult for the hirer to make a deposit by TT, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer bill only) on arrival.
  • Payments by Traveller's Cheques, other currencies or personal cheques, will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
  • If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less 25% of the total booking value. Please note that if multiple villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each individual villa.
  • In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
  • Final Payments are non-refundable
EVENTS AND PARTIES
  • Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Also clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood's residents.
  • If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at your villa it would be best to bring this to villa owner attention as soon as possible.
  • Please be aware that normally the Villa will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation that a function coordinator has been employed. The villa can recommend a suitable coordinator where required.
  • The villa management have rules governing villa usage for events and parties and a surcharge of up to the equivalent of a night's rental price is applicable, in addition to a local community (‘Banjar') fee.

DAMAGE OR LOSSES
The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The hirer further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The Management Company reserves the right to repossess the property if the hirer or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.
 
LIABILITY
  • The Villa will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during the holiday.
  • All clients will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability and a credit card authorization form, which will allow the Villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
  • Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less the cost of damages.
