East Residence Accommodation
East Residence is a peaceful and luxurious five bedrooms property, beautifully sculpted into a terraced river bank, completed with swimming pool, enormous manicured garden on three levels, spa pavilion and separate bales for meditation and yoga.
Separate levels divide the grounds into distinct units, each seemingly independent of each other and in exploring the grounds guests will discover open-air dining areas ideal for afternoon tea or informal BBQs and a purpose built day spa managed by one of the region’s leading independent and exclusive spa operators.
The property is divided into two parts by a small river and it has three levels: top level with main building with 2 storeys, middle level with guests pavilion and spa room, and lowest level for the Yoga area.
Bedroom
Four bedrooms are located in the main building; one master bedroom and three other bedrooms with queen sized beds. Each bedroom has its private en-suite with shower. Master bedroom is equipped with bigger bathroom with bathtub.
The fifth bedroom is located on middle level, at the Guests Pavilion. It is a self standing structure with private balcony facing the big trees over the river. The bedroom is served with a private semi open style bathroom with bathtub.
Master bedroom and guest pavilion is equipped with TV, while the other three bedrooms are not.
Living & Dining Area
East Residence has 2 living area: one is a fully-enclosed living area at main building down stairs, and another ‘wantilan’ -open style- living area located on the middle level opposite to the guest pavilion. Both living area also serve as dining area.
The villa has two kitchens: main kitchen is at the main building and the other service kitchen is located next to the ‘wantilan’ style living area at the middle level.
Next to the living area is the TV Room. Through its glass sliding door you can see the swimming pool and all big trees over the river.
Yoga Area
The villa is equipped with a spa room with 2 spa-tables. A round spa Jacuzzi will provide a great experience at this paradise. On its lowest part, some special bale for Yoga are prepared for Yoga entusiasts. It is a quiet part with natural voice of big trees, birds, and sound of falling water.
Villa East Residence Ground
East Residence boasts its large ground. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a meditating Buddha statue. After entering the angkul angkul gate you will see lawn and pretty tropical garden, with fish pond. On the middle level you will get a spacious lawn which enough for kids to play ground.
The big swimming pool is located on the top level next to the main building. The pool has two part: small part with shallow area for children and bigger part for the adults. Your pool activities become more joyful with the pool bar
