| Child policy and extra person: |
Due to safety considerations in the villas, reservations for children under 12 years of age are not recommended and no responsibility will be taken by the management.
Baby cot is subject to an additional charge at USD 5 / night.
Extra bed is subject to an additional charge at USD 25 per person, which includes daily breakfast |

- Low Season: 5-nights,
- High Season: 7-nights,
- Peak Season: 10-nights

Villa Capacity
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Bali Asri are maximum occupancy up to 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements. |

| The Villa Booking Procedures |
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- The balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- But for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

| Cancellation Policy |

Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
